You Can't Grow While Being Anti

You can't grow while being anti. Let the truth of that statement sink in. Being anti will stunt your growth as a person it'll cause you to block yourself from experiences and ultimately hold you back.

What is being anti you may wonder. In the simplest form, anti is opposition. It's antagonism. It's when everything is a quick, no before it's a quick yes. Anti people default to a no, and they're routinely negative. It might seem obvious to warn you against negativity, but it's a very simple thing to overlook actually.

It can manifest itself in so many larger ways in one's life because what it really represents is being closed off instead of being open to new opportunities and ideas. It's challenging to straddle that line of being anti and desiring your best life. The truest way that you can embrace living your best life is being open.

Being open to everything, being open to people, being open to opportunities, being open to possibilities, being open to experiences, being open to options, being open to what the universe is sending your way. And finally, being open to saying yes, more than you say no, when you're anti, you make it difficult to receive, and you certainly cannot fully experience and enjoy your life.

You limit your learnings. You limit your growth and you limit your capacity for understanding. Sift through your recent experiences and identify ways in which you may be embracing anti versus openness. Make a commitment to openness so that you can expand your experiences in life and continue to grow.
