It's filled with daily inspiration you didn't know you needed. Hello, most awesome one. I'm Ahyiana Angel, and you are listening to the Quit Playing Small podcast.

Your space for inspired thinking, encouragement, and goodness. I hope you are doing and feeling well today. Let's get into our topic. Fear is expected, but quitting, that's not an option. You'll have moments when you ask yourself, am I doing the right thing? Am I making the right decisions? Should I give up, but never give up because of fear. There always comes a point in life where you start questioning yourself. You're wondering things like, is my timing right? Can I actually do this? Am I equipped for this? You're scared. You start having doubts about everything, and you're worried that somewhere along the. Maybe you made the wrong move.

But think about it. When you're growing up and you're getting ready for the big world at large, people rarely talk about facing the inevitable, doubting yourself. They don't show you how to combat those feelings, and rarely will you get a tutorial on how to face the fear of believing in yourself. And as a result, at a certain point in your life, as you start to encounter some of those things, you realize that it is really up to you.

It's up to you to figure out how you're going to navigate. It's up to you to identify ways to. It's up to you to energize yourself, to build yourself up, to be able to face those doubts and that fear. One of the things that I know to be extremely important along your journey is having a good circle, a circle or support system around you.

That's one of the things that I definitely realize when things get. And you're challenged by different situations. Having a supportive circle that truly believes in you, that does wonders to lift you up. It. Amazing things for your self-perception and your confidence. You don't always need like the smartest or the most accomplished people in that circle either.

Look for the selfless people, the people who are genuine, the people who are honest, caring, the as well as look for people who are good listeners. They'll help you confirm what you already know. Greatness lies within. Prosperity, awesomeness and favor. Lie ahead in your future. This core group will help you handle what comes your way.

If you think about quitting, they'll remind you why you started. If you feel defeated, they'll lift you up. They wanna see you win, and that's what you need when you're trying to respect and honor your greatness, because it's not always. You have to shift your mindset when Dell starts to creep in, and there are those times where you start to feel fearful.

You feel that fear. You have to remind yourself of your special gifts. You are in this situation for a reason, because you can do it, because you can conquer, because you can achieve, because you can get past it, because you can handle it. Because you are meant to be great. You are meant to move from the present into the future, and flourish.

Quitting isn't your only option, instead, trust your community to lift you up and trust yourself, believe in you and your gifts. As always, thank you so much for spending time with me today, sending you big love, positive vibes, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day. Be well.
