Ahyiana's Growth List

I'm on a mission to grow daily. Are you?
To have results that impact me on a grand scale yearly. Results that stick. In an effort to grow my interests and expand my mind, this is my little list of what apps I'm using and habits I'm starting in order to make myself feel accomplished daily! Maybe you'll want to apply some of them to your growth journey as well.
In my world, growth doesn't need to be some deep well thought out process. It only requires action. We are in charge of the actions we take and don't take. But you knew that already ;-) so let's get to it!
MY ACTION LIST:
Fabulous - Self-care coaching app that harnesses the power and wisdom of behavioral science to help you develop lasting healthy habits. I like the daily coaching and the challenges. I'm currently doing a 7-day stretching challenge.

Audible - Listen to best-selling audiobooks, exclusive Originals, and free podcasts. I'm currently listening to Finding Me by Viola Davis. So good, so far!
Libby - Borrow ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more from your local library for free! This is an alternative to Audible. I'm personally going between the two. Sometimes books are on hold (you have to wait for them to be available) in this app.
Babbel - Subscription-based language learning software and e-learning platform, available in various languages. I'm personally working on learning French!
Uptime - Micro-learning. Five-minute “knowledge hacks” from books, courses and documentaries. On the day of this post, I used the app to revisit The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.
Flipboard - Organizes the world's stories so that you can get the best news for all your passions in one place.
Elevate - Personalized brain training with 40+ games designed to boost productivity, earning power, and self-confidence in skills like math, reading, writing, speaking, and recall.
Please note, this list was created as of January 2023. It will change as I change and I may or may not get to update those changes on this post. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance. Big hugs!
